What a wonderful selection of vendors that I'm sure help check off a few items on your list just before Christmas. Today's highlite was getting to meet Richard Harmon of The 100 TV show. I didn't realize he was Canadian. Forgot to ask if his friend was also an actor and after they left, I had a feeling he looked familiar. Both were very nice young men. Didn't get a photo but several others did. Wishing everyone a great week leading up to Christmas. Shop local, drive safely and BE HAPPY.

♥ THANK YOU ♥ Thank you to everyone who came to shop the Krafted Market 2016 and the Portobello West Holiday Market this past weekend. My husband Rick was awesome (as he always is) when he agreed to fill in for me on Sunday at the Krafted Market as I has double booked the Sunday. I thank you for being so kind with him on his first solo appearance. Rick pretty much knows what I do as he comes with me to most of my shows but he was super FANTASTIC for doing that for me. Just wanted to share one of my adventures in the studio today. I've never soldered something onto the side of a bezel before so thought it was time to try it. This pendant has a leaf soldered on the side and a little hand stamping along the sides. Using mixed metals - coper & german silver. #jewelry #solder #pendant #handstamped

It's been crazy. We've decided to list our house and plan on moving to Vancouver Island in the New Year so I did a major clean sweep of all the crap that was visable and doanted it to Sally Ann so we could get ready for the stager and photographer. Anyway, long story short, I finally got to my studio and decided to make a BOHO ring. All was going fantastic until I dropped the glass and broke it. I frantically searched for a smaller but the size is a little off so not a great fit. This is my proto type and the end result is what I was aiming for. I may have to venture into sterling for some of these. The ring will be slightly adjustable which is always good.

Moved my kiln into the studio over the weekend and everything is in one place which makes it so much easier. Spent some time working on a few pieces for my fall enamel collection I plan on showcasing at the upcoming Portobello West at the Vancouver Home + Design Show later this month. Just wanted to let everyone know I won't be at the Cloverdale Market Days tomorrow as my husband was involved in a MVA this afternoon. Furtunately everyone escaped major injuries however, his vehicle was not drivable and he is feeling sore all over. My next show is in October at the Home and Design show in Vancouver - I will post all the details online this weekend. Just found this photo from August Cloverdale Market Days. It was a very windy day so no table covers as the wind blew the covers and knocked over one of my tables during setup. Doing the happy dance. My banners arrived from Vistaprint yesterday. I get to use one or more this Saturday at the Cloverdale Market Days if the sun Gods keep the rain away. Last I heard it was going to be overcast but no rain until the evening FINGERS CROSSED. This will is my last outdoor show of the year and happy it's in Cloverdale.
